For a person to stand in line from 2:00pm under a blazing hot sun just to receive word that the show will start at 8:30pm that evening, one has to have plenty of patience. That is exactly what many people had this past Saturday at the Autumn Music Fest, an event put together by Luis Medrano practically in just twenty days and managed to fill the Dr. Oscar Gobaira Cibao Arent in Santiago.

It was not all done in vain. The publicity on the radio and television the event received was enormous, artists like Arcangel, Ivy Queen, Alexis and Fido, Jowell and Randy and merengue acts like Toño Rosario y Omega were to be thanked for this.




Para hacer fila desde las 2:00 de la tarde y bajo un fuerte sol para disfrutar de un show que está anunciado para las 8:30 de la noche, debió haberse generado un gran entusiasmo y efectivamente fue lo que así aconteció el pasado sábado con el “Otoño Music Fest”, un evento montado por Luis Medrano prácticamente en veinte días y que logró la hazaña de llenar la Arena del Cibao Dr. Oscar Gobaira, de Santiago.

Y no era para menos. Una publicidad radial y televisiva avasallante despertó pasiones lo que anticipó que iba a ser un éxito el junte de los reggaetoneros boricuas Arcángel, Ivy Queen, Alexis y Fido, Jowel y Randy así como las actuaciones de los merengueros Toño Rosario y Omega.
