Tego Calderon is rocking a modern look with the new dreadlocks, "it's incredible how the streets tell me 'Tego you've fallen off, when you coming out with something new?' To me it's funny because I dont get offended, it just shows how much the streets need your music, and that makes me feel good".

"People keep me motivated, although some are not happy and others speak to me in a nicer tone, I appreciate all of them, let 'em be", says the artist who will be performing on March 19th at the Coors Light Temple of Sound 2010 at the Coliseum in Puerto Rico.

Tego just had an exciting show in Domnican Republic, after taking a 5 year hiatus from the island, he claims he did not get offended when the people told him he had fallen off, he let them know he will be releasing something new.

That's exactly how it happend when he was in Puerto Rico and his colleagues and even the police force was asking him for a new album.





Para Tego Calderón, que luce un look moderno al llevar su cabello en dreadloccks, es “increíble como en la calle la gente mayor me dice ‘Tego estás apaga’o. ¿Cuándo vas a salir con un disco?‘ Y a mí me da risa y no me ofende en lo absoluto porque la gente me demuestra la necesidad de mi música y me hace sentir que soy querido”.

“La gente me tiene mucho más motivao, aunque hay muchos molestos y otros me hablan de manera más amorosa, y yo lo aprecio, venga como venga”, recalca el vocalista que se presentará el 19 de marzo en el evento Coors Light Temple of Sound 2010 en el Coliseo de Puerto Rico.

Tego Calderón, quien acaba de tener una exitosa presentación en República Dominicana tras una ausencia de cinco años, asegura no ofenderse sino sentirse querido cuando en la calle la gente le dice que está apagado, exigiéndole que salga con un nuevo proyecto musical.

Así es como le sucede en Puerto Rico en donde hasta sus colegas y hasta los policías le piden que grabe un álbum nuevo.
